Order Fulfillment

At good chills, we use print-on-demand services and third-party fulfillment to create and ship most of our products, unless specified as a hand-made or special item. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs and high-quality items. Please note that:

  • Orders are produced and shipped only after payment is received.

  • Production times vary depending on the product but are typically between 2–7 business days.

  • Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners' facilities, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select locations worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. good chills is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Return Policy

As most of our products are custom made print-on-demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect or error with your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at goodchills.store@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item. If a defected item was manufactured and shipped by one of our third party partners, we will personally reach out to them for you and do our best to see what can be done in compliance with the third party's return policies.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Washing Instructions

To prolong the life of your good chills items, follow these care instructions:

  • Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

  • Tumble dry on low or hang-dry for best results.

  • Do not iron directly on prints, embroideries, or paints.
